3. Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In line with the SEBI Master Circular for Alternative Investment Funds and the SEBI Master Circular for Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market, the Fund operates a three-tier grievance redressal mechanism. Investors are encouraged to follow the steps below in sequence.
Step 1 — Direct resolution with the Investment Manager
Submit your grievance in writing to Irfan Mughal at compliance@5riverscap.com. We endeavour to acknowledge complaints within three (3) business days and resolve them within twenty-one (21) calendar days of receipt.
Step 2 — SEBI SCORES Portal
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if no response is received within thirty (30) calendar days, you may escalate your complaint to SEBI through the SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System) portal at https://scores.sebi.gov.in. SCORES is a free, online platform operated by SEBI for lodging complaints against registered intermediaries.
Step 3 — Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR)
If the matter remains unresolved after the SCORES process, you may initiate online conciliation or online arbitration through the Online Dispute Resolution Portal (SMART ODR) of the recognised stock exchanges and depositories at https://smartodr.in, in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular for Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market.
