By accessing or using this website (5riverscap.com and any sub-domains thereof, collectively the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating this page; your continued use of the Site following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of that amendment.

3. Eligibility and Restricted Access

5 Rivers Capital Fund I is a privately placed Category II AIF intended solely for eligible investors as defined under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, as amended ("AIF Regulations"). The minimum investment threshold and eligibility criteria are set out in the applicable fund documents. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to any person who does not satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria under applicable law.

Access to certain sections of this Site may be restricted to registered investors or approved counterparties. Unauthorised access to or use of restricted sections is prohibited.

4. Restrictions on Use — International Visitors

This Site is operated from India and is directed primarily at persons in India. Access to this Site from jurisdictions where its contents may be unlawful or restricted is prohibited. In particular:

Registration with SEBI does not imply that SEBI endorses or guarantees the performance of the Fund or certifies the accuracy or adequacy of the information on this Site. Investors in the Fund are advised to read and understand the risk factors disclosed in the Private Placement Memorandum before investing.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
